Qualified technician will be able to pass a general maintenance exam and possess EPA certification. You must have previous experience with plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, household appliance repair and replacement, and possess the strong ability to troubleshoot. Duties include light grounds keeping, pool maintenance, apartment punches, passing out notices, and any other duty asked by maintenance supervisor or property manager. Attention to detail and positive attitude is required. You must have own vehicle and hand tools. You must be able to work Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and rotate call every other week. May 3, 2017, Maintenance Tech: seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. This person is required to perform duties that include knowledge of residential electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and household appliance troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance a plus. HVAC certification preferred, but not required. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain an HVAC Certification within 60 days of employment. .

  • Be willing to work on-call every other week.
  • Have a good mechanical ability.
