Fair Housing with Vicki Sharp, NALP, CAPS, CDPM, brings over 40 years of property management experience to her audiences and clients. Because she has filled virtually all roles in property management, she brings a true “boots on the ground” perspective. Using real life experiences and stories, along with factual case studies, she helps attendees walk away with ideas to put in place immediately, improving operations and efficiencies.
Morning Session, 8:30-11:30 Fair Housing for Management Teams: Understanding Fair Housing is the meat of our industry. Specific case discussion, sexual harassment and emotional service animals. For dessert, there will be tips about maintenance issues for fair housing.
Afternoon Session, 1:45-4:45 Fair Housing for Maintenance Teams: As with management, fair housing is a meaty subject, and maintenance teams have a very special diet, including actual case studies, a heavy serving of sexual harassment and one of the largest servings of documentation in town. Dessert will include tips for necessary documentation. Managers plan to attend with your maintenance team member (s).

The Mission of Hope is a relief ministry which offers assistance to families in rural Appalachia. The families in this area are impacted by extreme poverty with very few available jobs and many needs. Did you know…1 pound of food feeds one person, 1 meal=3-4 cans of food= 1 pound!
