Earning your CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) credential allows you to demonstrate your skills, knowledge, and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve owners’ investment goals. Topic areas include: Industry Essentials, Property Maintenance, Legal Responsibilities, Marketing, Managing Teams, Leading People, Investment Management.
Course is to run consecutively October 21st – October 25th.
Registration includes an E-book for the student, a hard copy book may be purchased for $80 through the student’s portal.
